For creators
From profile setup to paid work
Set up your creator profile
Go to Dashboard > Profile and complete your display name, niche, category, location, languages, bio, and service area. This is the base brands see when they discover you.
Open page
Add your social accounts
Open Dashboard > Social accounts and add TikTok, Instagram, RedNote, Facebook, or other platforms. Pick follower and engagement ranges so brands can compare your audience quickly.
Open page
Build your portfolio
Use Dashboard > Portfolio to upload previous work, thumbnails, captions, platforms, and result links. Uploaded thumbnails are more reliable than pasted image URLs.
Open page
Set pricing and media kit
Create your rate card in Dashboard > Pricing, then polish your media kit. Brands can use the public booking form to send requests, while follow-up happens through inquiries, messages, and collaborations.
Open page
Apply to campaigns
Browse Campaigns, choose suitable briefs, and submit a clear pitch with your proposed price. Track submitted applications in Dashboard > Campaign applications.
Open page
Handle bookings and collaborations
Booking requests arrive in Dashboard > Inquiries. Accepted campaign applications or accepted bookings can become collaborations, where both sides track deliverables until completed.

For brands
From creator discovery to approved deliverables
Set up your brand account

Use Discover, Leaderboard, and creator profiles to compare niche, platform, follower ranges, reviews, portfolio work, response rate, and pricing.
Open page
Create a campaign
Use Dashboard > Campaigns > Create to define your brief, deliverables, platforms, budget, deadline, application cap, eligibility, and brand goals.
Open page
Review applications
In Dashboard > Campaigns > Manage, use Needs action, Accepted, Stopped, and All filters to review applicants quickly. Accept starts or opens collaboration work; decline or cancel stops the applicant flow.
Open page
Book creators directly
From a creator profile or booking form, send a booking request. Track sent requests in Dashboard > Booking requests, open the conversation for follow-up, and continue accepted work in Collaborations.
Open page
Complete the collaboration
Use Dashboard > Collaborations to manage agreement, content submission, review, revisions, and completion. A completed campaign is not the same as completed deliverables.

Status flow
What completed really means
Campaign to completed
Brand creates or activates campaign. Creators apply. Brand reviews applicants, then accepts or declines. Accepted work is linked into a collaboration. If an accepted application is cancelled, the related active collaboration is cancelled too. Content is submitted, reviewed, approved, posted, and completed inside Collaborations.
Booking to completed
Brand sends a booking request from a creator profile or booking form. Creator accepts or declines in Inquiries. Accepted logged-in brand bookings can become collaborations. Completion should happen after the work is reviewed and approved, not just when the booking request is accepted.
Messages and proof
Use platform messaging for negotiation and references, but keep final deliverable tracking inside collaborations so status, review, and completion stay clear for both sides.
