Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of KOLab. Please review them carefully before using the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use KOLab. If you use KOLab for a business or agency, you represent that you have authority to act for that entity.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for your login credentials and activities carried out through your account.
3. Platform Roles
KOLab supports creator and brand use cases. Features may differ depending on your account setup, profile status, verification state, and boost purchases.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not post false information, impersonate another person or business, manipulate metrics, misuse messaging tools, scrape the platform, or use KOLab for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent conduct.
5. Content and Profile Information
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By publishing content on KOLab, you grant KOLab a non-exclusive right to host, display, and distribute that content for platform operation, discovery, promotion, and service improvement.
6. Creator and Brand Responsibility
Creators and brands are responsible for their own negotiations, deliverables, timelines, compliance disclosures, pricing, invoices, taxes, and campaign performance commitments unless KOLab expressly states otherwise in a separate written agreement.
7. Campaigns, Applications, and Messages
KOLab may provide campaign listings, profile search, direct messaging, and application workflows. KOLab does not guarantee campaign outcomes, response rates, or commercial results from platform usage.
8. Pricing, Boosts, and Paid Features
KOLab may offer one-time paid boosts or other paid features. Pricing, duration, availability, and feature scope may change. Unless stated otherwise, paid features are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
9. Verification and Official Status
Any official or admin designation shown on KOLab is determined solely by KOLab. Users must not claim platform affiliation, official status, or endorsement without authorization.
10. Suspension and Termination
KOLab may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or safety risk, misuse the platform, or submit false or misleading information.
11. Disclaimers
KOLab is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, campaign success, creator authenticity beyond platform checks, or suitability for any specific business purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business loss damages arising from use of the platform.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute relating to KOLab will be subject to the applicable courts or legal forums in Malaysia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
